MEMAHAMI KECERDASAN MAJEMUK SISWA DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI SMTK TEON NILA SERUA

As a teacher, to be able to measure the intelligence possessed by a student is not only based on the academic final test. But you also have to look at the potential and talents possessed by each student. This was also found in SMP Teon Nila Serua, Central Maluku Regency, where students who were smart were given the highest marks and privileged. While students who have bad grades are considered stupid. So that the purpose of this community service activity should be to be able to provide information to teachers, the school and also to readers so that they can provide information about students' multiple intelligences even better. The methods used in this community service activity are the lecture method, the question and answer method and the discussion method. Based on the interactions that occurred between the speakers and the participants, it was found that there was an error experienced by the Teon Nila Serua SMTK teacher who only looked at students' abilities in the final exam scores. So that from delivering this material a teacher will try to be able to understand every intelligence possessed by students and try to develop these potentials and talents optimally
