This community service research aims to examine the role of MBS Tourism Park in improving the community's economy, identify promotion problems, and carry out promotional activities through TikTok social media. The method used is descriptive qualitative through field observation, in-depth interviews with managers, traders, and visitors, as well as documentation. The results showed that MBS Tourism Park has a significant economic impact in the form of job creation, increased income of local traders, and encouraging the growth of MSMEs around the tourist area. The activity was conducted in September 2025 using a participatory approach involving business owners and employees in all stages of implementation. The program consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluation stages through observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), socialization, and mentoring activities. The results revealed that employee productivity was highly influenced by seasonal tourism fluctuations in the Carita coastal area. Several major obstacles were identified, including limited employee competencies, low work motivation, the absence of a structured performance evaluation system, and inadequate operational facilities. The participatory approach successfully encouraged active involvement from participants in identifying problems and formulating improvement strategies. As an outcome of the program, several recommendations were developed, including the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of performance-based incentives, periodic training programs, routine performance evaluations, and the adoption of digital recording systems. These strategies are expected to enhance employee productivity, improve service quality, strengthen business competitiveness, and contribute to the sustainable development of microeconomic activities in the tourism-supporting sector. This community service research aims to describe the condition and potential of Saung Ende as a tourism and culinary destination, analyze its economic impact on the surrounding community, and identify obstacles and opportunities in its development. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and field observation as the main data collection methods. Three informants participated: Bapak Taufik (50 years old) as the manager of Saung Ende, Ibu Bulan (23 years old) as a visitor, and Bapak Indra (26 years old) as a visitor who also sampled the culinary offerings. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Results show that Saung Ende possesses significant natural and cultural tourism potential, characterized by an authentic rural atmosphere, traditional Sundanese-Banten culinary offerings, and scenic natural surroundings. The presence of Saung Ende has generated positive economic impacts for the local community through local employment absorption, increased income for traders, and stimulation of micro-enterprises in the surrounding area. However, several challenges persist, including infrastructure limitations, minimal digital promotion, and suboptimal tourism management. The results of the activity showed that Cikoromoy Natural Tourism has contributed to increasing community economic activities through the growth of various tourism-supporting businesses. The program aimed to strengthen the partner’s capacity in digital marketing through Instagram-based promotion, product photography, content creation, and account management assistance. The method used a participatory-educational approach consisting of initial observation and interviews, partner needs identification, program socialization, digital marketing training, product photography and promotional content training, Instagram management assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. The program helped the partner understand Instagram as a digital storefront, produce clearer product photos, prepare more informative captions, hashtags, and a simple content calendar. The results show a significant improvement in community digital literacy, with participants producing more than 200 photos, 15 short videos, and 25 promotional posters distributed through Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Social media reach increased to more than 5,000 accounts within two weeks of implementation. In addition, the program positively impacted local micro-economies, as increased tourist visits boosted small vendors’ income around the tourism site. Furthermore, partners gained enhanced capabilities in utilizing social media for promotion, developing digital marketing content, and designing innovative service packages. The training employed interactive and enjoyable methods, including ice breaking, flashcards, storytelling, language games, role-play, and short presentations. The activity was carried out over two days with a duration of 3 hours per day. The results showed a significant improvement in the participants' English speaking abilities, marked by increased vocabulary mastery (from only a few words to 15-20 new words), the ability to construct simple self-introduction sentences, and enhanced motivation and self-confidence in communicating in English. All participants successfully performed short self-introduction presentations in front of the class at the end of the program. This activity demonstrated that interactive and enjoyable methods are effective in improving the English speaking skills of orphanage children, while also providing proper educational access for those who have been limited by financial and facility constraints. The primary focus of this activity is to introduce the significance of simple work contracts as a legal protection instrument for all parties and to equip students with technical project control skills. The implementation method was divided into three main sessions: (1) teaching project contract concepts and theories, (2) practical training on creating simple contracts using structured forms, and (3) a tutorial on utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) for administrative and planning efficiency. Data were collected from 63 respondents through pre-test surveys and post-test evaluations. The results indicate highly significant program effectiveness, where post-training, the practical ability of students to develop project control instruments such as Bar-Charts and S-Curves reached 100%. The integration of AI technology proved to accelerate students' understanding in accurately preparing estimates and contract documents. MSMEs producing melinjo crackers in this region face various challenges, including fluctuations in the supply and quality of raw materials, limited access to efficient production technology, suboptimal hygiene standards, as well as challenges related to market reach, branding, packaging, and the utilization of digital marketing. This community service project employed a qualitative approach using a case study design, involving in-depth interviews with MSME owners, BUMDes administrators, and workers, as well as field observations. The findings indicate that BUMDes has significant potential to play a role in facilitating collective raw material procurement, supporting the provision and management of shared production equipment, organizing training, and assisting in the development of collective village branding and packaging. Furthermore, BUMDes can serve as key facilitators in the adoption of digital marketing technologies and the opening of new market access. However, the role of BUMDes is currently still in the early stages of development, requiring capacity building for management, more structured programs, and more synergistic collaboration. Key recommendations include strengthening BUMDes capacity, developing well-planned support programs for MSMEs, establishing a collective village brand, and utilizing digital platforms.
