The program applied a participatory capacity building approach using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method, which involved all village officials in socialization, group discussions, and the formulation of an initial action plan. Through workshops and interactive sessions, participants gained a deeper understanding of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) and the importance of collaborative and sustainable governance in tourism development. The results indicate an increased awareness and understanding among village officials regarding their strategic role as local leaders in tourism resilience. Furthermore, the activity successfully built institutional commitment and produced a preliminary participatory framework to guide broader community involvement. Nonetheless, certain limitations were identified, particularly in technical skills such as digital marketing and destination management, requiring follow-up training and mentoring. The study aims to improve students' understanding of bullying through an anti-bullying socialization program. The method used is a qualitative approach with Participatory Action Research (PAR) involving 10 students from grades 4-6 through educational materials and role-playing activities. Data were analyzed quantitatively from pre-test and post-test results and student participation observations. The main findings indicate an 80% increase in student understanding of bullying and 70% active participation, alongside a decrease in bullying case reports at school. The conclusion emphasizes the need to develop programs involving teachers, parents, and the school environment to foster an anti-bullying culture and safe, positive learning environment.</p>2025-12-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ima Datul Milah, Tanzylla Azzaranur Karyadi, Nurkaira Azira, Ahmad Syahrul Khairil, Firman Ali Maulanahttps://ijecsed.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/230PENYULUHAN PENGEMBANGAN PELAPORAN BUMDES UNTUK MENDUKUNG PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN BERKELANJUTAN PADA KELOMPOK BUMDES YANG TERGABUNG DALAM ASOSIASI PEMERINTAH DESA SELURUH INDONESIA (APDESI) DI KECAMATAN WOLASI SULAWESI TENGGARA2025-12-06T11:44:20+00:00Nur Asninur.asni@uho.ac.idAndi Basru Wawoandi.basruwawo@yahoo.co.idHusin Husinhusin@uho.ac.idMulyati Akibmulyatiakib.feb@uho.ac.idTuti Darmawatituti_balaka@yahoo.co.idEmillia Nurdinemillia.nurdin@uho.ac.idNitri Miroseanitri.mirosea@uho.ac.idKurnia Cahya Lestarikurniacahyalestari@uqgresik.ac.idSarah Andinisarahandini1901@gmail.comPutriana Aksaputianaksa@gmail.com<p><em>Sustainable village development (village SDGs) is a form of implementation and contribution of villages in achieving national SDGs. This gap is dominated by a deficit in soft skills, especially communication competence. This Community Service (PkM) program aims to enhance the work readiness of 12th-grade students at SMK AT-Taufiqiyyah by strengthening their organizational communication competencies. The program employed a blended-method approach, combining a presentation-lecture (cognitive knowledge transfer) and participatory, case-study-based Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) (practical skill application) for 50 students. Evaluation methods used quantitative pre-test/post-test to measure conceptual understanding, alongside qualitative observation during the FGDs. The results showed a highly significant increase in conceptual understanding, with the average pre-test score of 40.3 rising dramatically to 88.3 in the post-test (a 119.1% increase). Qualitatively, the FGD sessions demonstrated improved applied skills, active participation, collaboration, and the ability to apply theory. Student self-confidence in communication was also observed to increase. Without a solid understanding, students will struggle to interpret chemical equations, calculate the quantities of substances involved in reactions, and predict the outcome of reactions. However, learning stoichiometry often presents a challenge for students. Many students tend to be "algorithmic problem solvers" rather than "conceptual thinkers" in chemistry. To address the challenges of learning stoichiometry, current technological advances have begun to offer significant potential for enhancing student understanding. Technological advancements appear to be a lifeline when students encounter difficulties. One such application is the Simple Stoichiometry Calculator App. Stoichiometry calculator apps can help students visualize abstract concepts, solve problems step-by-step, and receive instant feedback. In addition to existing applications, learning through coding can also be an engaging and interactive solution for students. This is because coding not only requires technical skills but also tools for developing logical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. The integration of coding and chemistry, particularly in the development of a simple stoichiometry calculator application, offers an innovative approach to enhancing classroom learning. In light of the aforementioned issues, a well-designed Simple Stoichiometry Calculator Application is expected to address this need.
