This community service program aimed to strengthen the understanding and implementation of Pancasila values and the spirit of state defense among members of PKK Working Group I (Pokja I) in Condongcatur Village, Depok Subdistrict, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The program was initiated based on the strategic role of women, particularly PKK members, as agents of social change who contribute to family development, character building, and community empowerment grounded in national values. In the midst of various challenges facing Indonesian society in the digital era, reinforcing Pancasila values and fostering awareness of state defense have become increasingly important to maintain social cohesion, tolerance, and national resilience. The program was implemented through educational workshops, interactive discussions, and reflective activities designed to enhance participants’ understanding of Pancasila values, their application in daily life, and forms of state defense relevant to the roles of PKK members. A participatory approach was employed to actively engage participants in learning, discussion, and experience sharing. Program evaluation was conducted through observation of participant engagement and feedback regarding the content and implementation of the activities. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of the importance of Pancasila values as a guiding framework for social life, as well as increased awareness of citizens’ strategic roles in supporting state defense through concrete actions within families and communities. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the program and expressed their commitment to applying the acquired knowledge and values in PKK activities and broader community programs. This community service initiative contributed positively to strengthening national character, enhancing civic awareness, and promoting a Pancasila-oriented society with a strong commitment to state defense
